INNOVATE X — Future Engineering Program
One program, three years — from engineering foundations to a build-and-fly capstone. Students learn as engineers: explore, design, build, test, present — across drones, AI, robotics, 3D printing (additive manufacturing), cloud technology, and Fusion 360.
How students learn
As engineers, not as audience.

Year by year
One program, three years, a clear progression.
The 90-hour curriculum is deliberately scaffolded: complexity grows each year while engineering habits — safety, design, testing, documentation — stay constant.
Grade 6
Foundations
30 hours
The adventure begins: students meet real hardware from week one, learn the designer's toolkit in Fusion 360, and internalise lab safety as an engineering habit — not a rule sheet.
- Drones + Robotics
- Fusion 360 basics
- Simulation
- Outcome: understand and prototype systems
Grade 7
Design for Manufacturing
30 hours
Ideas become manufacturable. Students run the full 3D-printing workflow from CAD to slicer to load-tested part, and use AI as a responsible design copilot — with judgement, not dependence.
- Responsible AI
- 3D printing workflow
- AI-assisted product design
- Outcome: design and fabricate functional components
Grade 8
Capstone
30 hours
The finale: a full build-test-present cycle on a real machine, demonstrated live. Every student graduates with a portfolio — Fusion 360 designs, slicer files, code, test data, and final reports.
- Advanced manufacturing capstone
- Final demonstration
- Outcome: build, test, and operate a drone or 3D printer
Certification
A certificate the industry recognises.
Every graduate earns a Program Completion Certificate — issued by three names schools and parents can trust.
School partnership model
A ready-to-use innovation lab — at zero investment cost.
Partner schools receive the complete lab, curriculum, and training. You provide the room and the students.
2× FDM 3D printers
2× DLP 3D printers

Outcomes
What students walk away with.
A portfolio of Fusion 360 designs and build artifacts
Technical skills across drones, AI, robotics, 3D printing, and cloud
Teamwork and problem-solving through real projects
Program Completion Certificate by Additive Ventures, Autodesk & Javiat Aerospace
